Administration Officer

The Position

Emergo Wealth Ltd is looking to recruit an Administration Officer , a motivated individual with excellent writing and analytical skills, able to work effectively in a multinational team environment. The Administration Officer will contribute to the efficient and effective workings of the Administration and Client Services Departments by executing daily tasks with a strong attention to detail.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities includes: 

Call center and customer support duties; prioritizing client inquiries and communicating to the respective Company departments. Onboarding employers and members and assisting in the everyday operations of the LifeGoals multi-employer and third party provident funds. Reviewing client data, filling and populating the Company’s database. Assisting in the client account opening process and performing client due diligence in line with the Company’s policies and procedures. Implementing all policies and procedures followed by the Administration department. Other ad-hoc duties as needed.


Skills/ Qualifications / Experience:

University or College degree

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Previous working experience is not a prerequisite  

Computer literate, ability to work with new software packages

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek

Attention to detail and accuracy

Team work/communication skills

Professional attitude and appearance

Digital Marketing Officer

The Position

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Officer  who will be passionate about growth, applying new skills to assist and support the operations of its team in Nicosia.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities includes: 

Formulate the operation strategy and operation plan of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Daily operation for social media platforms like Facebook/Instagram. (Including content planning, visual briefing, comment replying, etc.)

Help to create social media campaigns that promote brand image and awareness.

Work with the internal resources and media agency to formulate media plans and complete promotion goals

Follow-up production of marketing materials that match the platform, and cooperate with designers to ensure material quality

Communicating with other departments of the Company to ensure smooth operation of the Company

 

Skills/ Qualifications / Experience:

Relevant Bachelor’s degree

Master’s Degree in a related field preferred will be considered an advantage

Related work experience is not required but will be considered an advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Excellent written and verbal communication

Basic programming will be considered an advantage

Detail-oriented

Analytical Thinking skills and problem solving

Ability to work effectively both individually and as a member of a team (Teamwork and collaboration)

A positive “can do” attitude and a friendly, personable manner

Diligent and proactive

Love technology and electronic products and have strong visual aesthetic ability

Sensitive to the content of social media platforms, which can effectively capture the hot spots and trends of the platform’s dissemination

Strong knowledge of Facebook, Google and local publisher ads system.

Understanding of digital marketing during the life circle for a smart product.
